Most of the tips and techniques I share with you in these emails are based on problems that I have seen happen over my 30 years of doing IAQ investigations. While I am not ashamed to say that I don’t know it all, I am also encouraged by the opportunity to share what I have learned with you in the hopes that you can prevent the same kinds of problems from occurring in your building too!
This video discusses a property management firm that was (almost) totally prepared for a water problem in their building. They had the tools and responded on time. What they didn’t have was the right education to use those tools. Consequently, having the right tools available doesn’t always equal an ability to do the work properly.
